3D Puff is a fun printing technique that's now available on the NeatoPOD!

This heat transfer vinyl (HTV) based printing technique lets you create one-color, simple text and graphic art that expands or "puffs up" into a raised or three-dimensional effect on the tee. It is compatible with a wide range of garments.

3D Puff Colors

3D Puff prints are available in the following colors:

  • Black
  • White
  • Metallic Gold
  • Metallic Silver

Currently, 3D Puff is only available on select garment brand/items. We'll also be adding more 3D Puff colors soon. Please check back for more exciting 3D Puff colors. If you have a request for a specific garment or new color, please let us know - we'll do our best to add it.

3D Puff Graphic Requirements

Like any printing technique 3D Puff has its requirements. When designing for this printing method, please keep the following requirements in mind:

  • One color design
  • Simple text with thick and rounded font
  • Simple graphic without intricate details or sharp corners
  • Avoid extremely large graphic elements
  • Save in vector (.svg) format

Washing Requirement for 3D Puff

3D Puff print is a bit delicate, so garments should be hand washed with mild detergent only (such as Woolite), then hung to dry. Do not use washing machine or dryer, as both can damage the print.
